Areas of Focus
What we do across District 9127
Promoting Peace and Conflict Resolution
District 9127 spans regions historically affected by communal clashes, insurgencies, and ethno‑religious tensions. We foster dialogue, mediation training, and partnerships with local leaders to build resilient communities where differences are resolved nonviolently.
Saving Mothers and Children
We improve maternal healthcare through delivery kits, training birth attendants, promoting prenatal care, and educating on nutrition and hygiene — every mother deserves a safe childbirth, every child a healthy start.
Supporting Education and Literacy
We invest in school infrastructure, provide learning materials, support scholarships, and organize literacy campaigns — empowering especially girls and vulnerable children for a more self‑reliant society.
Keeping Polio @ Zero & Immunization
Nigeria is polio‑free, but the work continues. We support immunization drives, surveillance, and public education to keep polio at zero and protect against vaccine‑preventable diseases.
Clean Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)
We install boreholes, hand‑washing stations, filtration systems and promote hygiene education — reducing disease transmission and improving dignity and well‑being.
Fighting Disease & Strengthening Health Systems
Through health outreaches, mobile clinics, equipment donations, and capacity‑building, we address malaria, cholera, typhoid, TB and more — increasing accessibility and awareness.
Growing Local Economies
Vocational training, mentorship, micro‑credit and business development empower livelihoods — contributing to economic growth and poverty reduction across the district.
Protecting the Environment & Climate Resilience
Tree planting, climate education, clean energy advocacy and waste management initiatives support stewardship today for a healthier planet tomorrow.
